it makes me look smart too.

another dinner created on the fly by nick using random items.
homemade bread topped with homemade guacamole, steak, parmesan, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Day Fifty-one
i suggested daddy tell mariah a story about a princess.
he decided to tell the story of princess leah from star wars.
Day Thirty-four
nick took another sick day.
he has 80 hours of sick time banked so he deserves to stay home with a cold.
today he finally made banana bread after years of telling me his was the best and mine wasn't good enough.
his is the best.
i will never make banana bread again.
Day Eighteen
this was on the stove when i went to join the YMCA.
Day Seventeen
date night.
new restaurant - mai village.
seven courses of beef and i made my own spring rolls.
nick had the best seafood soup ever.
i plan to go back!
Day Fourteen
bedtime stories.
a book my mom and dad read to me growing up.
so thankful to have all of those books passed down to my children.
Day Eleven
daddy time.
he was gone 5 whole days for CES. it was rough for both of his girls to go without him that long.
tonight she held on to the pull up bar all by herself. later she drew castles...they're her new obsession.
Day Four
simple dinner of sandwiches. nick always knows how to make something so simple taste so good.
